Rules

I. Use

1. Using of my-tricks.com is at your risk.
2. my-tricks.com is not liable for tips which do not work.
3. my-tricks.com is not liable for losses, disadvantages or damages occuring by using the tips of my-tricks.com.
4. If a tip causes losses, disadvantages or damages or if a tip does not work, you have to inform an administrator or moderator of my-tricks.com instantly.

II Registration:

1. Your entered data has to be right and valid.
2. Your profile should be updated everytime.
3. Your entered data won't be passed down to anybody else.
4. If one or more of the conditions before (II-1. and II-2.) can't be fulfilled, so is my-tricks.com allowed to lock or to delete your account without giving reasons.

III Writing Tips:

1. Your Tips can be edited or deleted by an administrator or moderator of my-tricks.com.
2. You have to write your tips as easy as possible, so that everybody can understand them.
3. You aren't allowed to write tips causing damages, losses or disadvantages or tip which does not work.
4. You mustn't copy texts or tips which are copyrighted. Otherwise you have to liable for these tips or texts.

IV Others:

1. Be polite while writing a new tip or comment.
2. You mustn't enter house advertisements or spam.
3. If a tip causes losses, disadvantages or damages or if a tip does not work, you have to inform an administrator or moderator of my-tricks.com instantly.
4. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you accespt, that you get email with the ten newest tips daily or weekly.

V Liability:

1. If you can't attend to one or more of the conditions above or if you wilfully ignore one of these conditions, is my-tricks.com allwed to lock or to delete your account or to start proceedings.
2. my-tricks.com is not liable for infringement of copyright of its users. If a text or tip was copied verifiably by one of our users, this user is liable for this action. Excluded from this rule are public texts which everybody is allowed to use (eg. posts in boards, articles in magazines or blogs), because there is no copyright.

Common Information:
my-tricks.com disassociates itself from texts/tips and link which were not created or written by my-tricks.com. Furthermore my-tricks.com disassociates itself from the contents of linked websites.
